Goldstone Partners was launched in 2007 in the middle of the Great Recession. You might think that was a challenging time to start a company, but it actually set the course for an innovative business model. During that period there was no shortage of qualified professionals in the market, and although the capital markets were sinking, startups who already had funding were still forging ahead.  In fact, early stage companies grew at a record pace during the latter part of the last decade. As a result, we built Goldstone Partners around startups and emerging growth companies to help the incredible entrepreneurs behind the innovation build their teams. We’ve also spent time assisting hundreds of unemployed professionals get their careers back on track and get back to work. Since then, Goldstone Partners has continued to grow, and is a reflection of this team’s dedication to helping others and giving back to the community.

Jen has a wide range of experience in operations and human resources from her work in retail to local government.

As an alumna of the Disney Universe, she is wired to deliver an amazing customer experience and give attention to every tiny detail. During her tenure at Disney, Jen spent her time selecting top talent by developing and mentoring people through maximizing their potential and focusing on their strengths. She loves helping people achieve the best version of themselves. For Jen, getting aces in their places is more than checking off the basic qualification boxes; it’s about how they fit within the culture to achieve the organization’s goals.

Jen has her Executive MBA from the CU Boulder Leeds School of Business and serves on the Alumni Board’s Executive Committee as an Events Chair.

When Jen is not connecting talent with their next exciting chapter, she is traveling with her family and in search of foodie hot spots. She also loves curling up with a book or enjoying highly competitive game nights with her husband and two kiddos.

Kaylee started her professional career in the event and hospitality industry where for the last 10 years she learned the importance of relationship building and being uber-organized. She lives and breathes for the details and finds that when she focuses on all of the little pieces, the big picture comes together seamlessly.

A collaborative and creative person by nature, she loves photography and all the things that come with design. When she’s not working hard at searching for the ideal client and candidate match, you’ll find Kaylee spending time with her husband while chasing around her energetic two girls. She enjoys the outdoors and surrounding herself with the people that fill her cup.

With more than 10 years of experience in non-profit leadership, Jenny has a great understanding of how people come together to achieve a common goal. Her knowledge of personality types and pinpointing people’s strengths helps her focus on the right people for our portfolio companies.

Jenny is the mom of two active little girls who love to play. She also enjoys watching cooking shows and then trying out new recipes in the kitchen. When Jenny finds a little free time, she spends it researching Pinterest for fashion and beauty inspiration.

Annie is our marketing guru. If she’s not helping position Goldstone Partners as the premier talent search and advisory firm, she is helping our clients stay true to their employment brand identity.

In addition to being the voice of two podcasts – The Job Seekers Toolkit and Build Your Dream Team – Annie manages our website and various social network outlets. She brings a wealth of knowledge of the local business community from her tenure at the Denver Business Journal, where she helped companies develop strategic business-to-business marketing campaigns.

Annie loves to volunteer, and you’ll often find her at her kids’ school or planning activities for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop. In her spare time, Annie enjoys reading, watching football and nurturing her creative side in her craft room. Above all, she loves spending time with her husband, two kids and their miniature sheepadoodle, Gumbo.

Courtney has more than 15 years of operational management experience in a variety of industries. She has a knack for organization and building efficiencies through her love of spreadsheets and databases, in addition to providing excellent customer service to her clients both internally and externally.

Courtney is a Colorado native, but has spent time in both Arizona and Southern California. When she’s not organizing people or processes, you will find her with her family on the golf course, on the sidelines of a lacrosse field supporting her two college age sons or somewhere enjoying the outdoors.

Nicole is a Colorado native who can’t imagine living anywhere else. She comes to Goldstone Partners as a certified human resource professional having spent many years guiding companies through their growth.

Nicole has a passion for recognizing and cultivating the potential in others and enjoys discovering the unique qualities of each person. Identifying the ideal match between what our client partners are looking for and what a career professional is after is her Super Power.

When Nicole isn’t busy chasing after her three daughters, she loves catching a sporting event with her husband, spending time outdoors hiking, camping or relaxing with a good book.

Sherri migrated to Colorado almost 25 years ago from Kansas and can’t imagine living anywhere else!

Sherri’s life before joining us included legal assistance, risk management, customer service and market research. She is the consummate people person and problem solver.

When she’s not managing the team’s busy schedule you can find her chasing her very active family (husband, kids, dog) and spectating at their sports. She is a tennis enthusiast and will play as much as possible, and loves watching lots of sports—both live and on TV. Sherri also enjoys walks with the family dog, sunsets and live music; going to Red Rocks is a favorite!
