Why am I not getting interviews?
You can’t go a day without seeing an article about the labor shortage, but you still aren’t getting interviews. What gives? Listen in for a list of reasons why you may not be receiving a response when you apply for a job, and what to do instead:

- You don’t have a personal brand
- You overemphasize stuff that doesn’t matter

If you are serious about making a change, then you need to think strategically about the move. Ruthlessly applying to positions in an effort to see what might happen is time wasted.
