This week we’re talking about how best to address why you left a previous position, or why you want to leave your current one. There are many ways to approach this question based on a number of scenarios, so listen in for tips and sample responses!

Question #1: Why did you leave your last position?

If you left voluntarily
If you were selected for dismissal
If you were fired

Question #2: Why do you want to leave your current position?

If a recruiter called
If you are actively looking
If you are casually looking
